Subscription Terms & Conditions
Please read the following Terms and Conditions relating to your subscription carefully
The personal information that you have provided to us, for the purposes set forth below, will be collected and will be shared with Winspire.
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove provisions of this Agreement at any time. You should check this Agreement periodically for changes. If you do not agree to this Agreement or any modifications made to it, you should not subscribe to
Payment and Fees
As a subscriber to our Magazine, you agree to pay, using a valid debit or credit card (or other form of payment) which we may accept from time to time. The cost of subscriptions to the Magazine will not include the cost of shipping and handling. You need to select the mode of
delivery which includes cost of shipping and handling.
Through General Post
i) Throughout India: Rs.60 (with registered postal service for registered newspapers)
(Tracking Not Available, Not sure about timely delivery, No resend or No refund)
Through Registered Post/ Courier:
i) Within India: Rs. 300
(Tracking Available, In time delivery, With Acknowledgment)
Delay in delivery and non-delivery
We will not be liable to you for any delay in delivery or non-delivery of magazines in the following circumstances:
Where the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us;
Where you choose general post, and the delay or failure is due to circumstances beyond our control or the control of our executives, including, incorrect address or insufficient address entered by subscriber , postal department delays, postman delays, electricity power failure, and utilities failure, failure of telecommunications links, failure of transport infrastructure, fire, flood, government act, act of God,
legislative constraints, strikes, labour disputes or malicious damage involving employees.
(In this case we do not resend or refund any amount for delay in delivery and non-delivery.)
Where you choose Registered Post/ Courier, and the delay or failure is due to circumstances beyond our control or the control of our executives, including, incorrect address or insufficient address entered by subscriber , postal department delays, postman delays, electricity power failure, and utilities failure, failure of telecommunications links, failure of transport infrastructure, fire, flood, government act, act of God, legislative constraints, strikes, labour disputes or malicious damage involving employees.
(In this case we will track the consignment or will resend or do refund the amount for that particular month delay or non-delivery of the magazine.)
Cancellation and Refunds
Either you or Winspire Magazine may terminate or cancel your subscription at anytime and receive a refund for the unused-portion of your order. You can cancel your subscription by contacting Customer Services at email@example.com or by such other means as
we may provide from time to time. We will attempt to process all cancellation requests within 48 hours after we receive your request. Refunds of your subscription will be made after deducting the full single issue cost for each magazine you have been sent, including shipping. We also reserve the right to collect any outstanding fees, surcharges, or costs incurred before your cancellation takes effect.
Receipt of Subscription
Winspre Magazine is published 12 times a year. Depending on when you place your subscription order, receipt of your first issue may take anywhere from 4-8 weeks. And the rest of the months the magazine will reach you on or before 10 th of every month (Not applicable for general post subscribers). If you do not receive it within this time, please contact Customer Service at: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Changes to your Subscription/Payment Data
You are responsible for keeping your Subscription data up to date and accurate. If there are any changes to your Subscription Data, such as a change of name or address or email, you must contact Customer Service at email@example.com and put "SUBSCRIPTION CHANGE" in the subject line and provide your updated info in the body of your message.
If you fail to receive an issue of the magazine or receive a damaged copy, please contact Customer Services at: firstname.lastname@example.org.
This Contract shall be governed by the laws of India and any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Hyderabad.
